Our Structure
The society is governed by an elected Executive Council (EXCO) organized by committee from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and supervised by a Board of Trustees. Operations are guided by the Nigerian Cooperative Societies Act and Lagos State Ministry of Commerce and Industry bye-laws. EXCO members are elected every two (2) years.

Mrs. Alelamole J. Abiola served as the visionary leader behind the transformation of the society from Lagos State Fire Service Thrift and Credit Society to Combatant Heroes (ALAUSA) Co-operative Multipurpose Society Limited. Her dedication to the welfare of members and her commitment to the policy of the Lagos State Government laid the foundation for the society's growth, identity, and continued prosperity. We honour her legacy and the indelible mark she has left on our cooperative community.
